Welcome to the Focus portal on Zazzle. Using this portal you can buy a range of approved Focus-branded products. Focus has chosen Zazzle to provide this service so that Members can order Focus-branded merchandise, pay the supplier directly online and arrange delivery direct to their homes. The process has been tested; the product quality is very good, but it does take a couple of weeks for individually embroidered items to be manufactured and then delivered. Only Zazzle is responsible for completion of individual orders. They provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a full returns and refund service to cover any mishaps or mistakes on their part. However, please ensure that you are comfortable with Zazzle’s terms and conditions, since Focus is not responsible for individual orders. Included within the price of each branded item is a 5% commission for Focus. This is a compulsory feature of the Zazzle store set-up, though it is only paid after a volume threshold has been exceeded. Focus has no intention to profit directly from the Zazzle store. Any funds accumulated will be redistributed via other benefits that Focus can provide its Members.
