Free wrongly accused GI Johnson Who is GI Johnson ? While working on production in L.A. on June 29, 2001, I was racially profiled and falsely arrested for D.U.I. In the course of that false arrest by California Highway Patrol Officers Richard Cheever and Ephraim Moore, I willingly submitted to all the officers commands as I became a victim of excessive and uncalled for brutality which resulted in me being seriously wounded by gunfire delivered by Officer Cheever as fabricated and malicious counterfeit evidence was planted to cover up their misconduct. Hospital blood testing conducted during the surgery to save my life relvealed, the absence of alcohol or drugs in my body. These test contradict the testimony of the Officers that I was driving while impaired. Further investigation into my case by L.A.P.D. and the California Highway Patrol has proven to be biased and flawed with inconsistencies in the Officers statements and evidence. The handgun as well as the clip supposedly found at the scene of arrest and reportedly used by me to fire at the Officers bore none of my fingerprints nor did my clothing bear any gunshot residue. The California Highway Patrol list in evidence that all shell casing discovered at the scene were listed as 40 caliber Smith and Wesson shell casing(which is the same handgun type that is Officer Richard Cheever’s issued weapon of choice). However, some hours later the L.A.P.D. evidence list concurs that all the casing are 40 calibers with the exception of one 32 caliber shell casing. I, as well as my family and friends want to know, “where did the 32 caliber shell casing miraculously appear from”? I have appealed my unjust incarnation in the California penal system and won a dismissal of one if the three counts against me. Nevertheless, I am currently awaiting the overthrow of the 33 year mandated sentence against me with appeals and petitions for justice from the California Court System.
