My order arrived sooner than expected and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for.

I am not sure if the person who checked my puzzle is color blind but the light blue was printed as purple (I paid the extra for the "Worry-Free Design Review and Delivery") They might have Tritanopia (blue-yellow color blindness). I already put the puzzle together so I don't want to return it.

My son loved the collage frame. So cute. Pictures came out clear and on point.

Books received in poor condition. I submitted photos and nothing was done.

I ordered 4 magnets and only received 3. No mention of out of stock or back orders. I have been trying forever to get through to someone to fix this. I'd like to order more but won't because of this.

I love the design but the magnet quality is very underwhelming. You have to peel off the order number tag to the side which leaves a bit of a rip but also the magnet is very fragile so you can get scratches indented into it very easily

The guest book was beautiful. The bride thought it lovely. Y’all do amazing work.
