Gail, my mother and cousin to our illustrator Mary, was the heart of our creative journey. Her unwavering support fueled our passion, bringing laughter and comfort to all. In 2008, at just 58, she lost her battle with breast cancer. Inspired by her spirit, Mary and I began sharing our creative visions over lunch one sunny July day in Chicago. From this came 'Gail's Greetings,' a tribute to her infectious zest for life. "Mom, you continue to inspire us every day!"
