Geek Fitness launched in late 2012 to help all the geeks and nerds out there realize that playing video games, reading comics, and being healthy and fit aren’t mutually exclusive.
Whether your goal is to lose a few pounds, run a few miles, or pick heavy things up and put them down again, you’re in the right place.
We know first hand how hard it is to get off the couch and into the gym. We know that when given the choice, any one of us would pick exploring those new ruins we just found in Skyrim over running a 5k. Luckily, those kinds of things aren’t mutually exclusive. You can do both, and we are here to help you learn out how to include both fitness and geekery into your life.

At Geek Fitness, we to break down the steps that we used to overhaul our lifestyles so that you can keep living yours. We’ve replaced my Sandals of Lethargy with a new pair of running shoes years ago, and now, we want to share that with you.
