About
Waypoint makes printed reference from open public data — charts and maps where the figures are measured, not decorated.
Every sheet is generated, not drawn. The kana chart ranks each Japanese sign by how often it actually appears, counted across 31.5 million characters in four independent corpora. The periodic table is scaled by how much of each element the universe actually made, recomputed from solar spectroscopy and meteorite chemistry. The maps plot haunted places, roadside oddities, volcanoes and state fish from open geographic data, numbered on the map and indexed underneath.
Whatever the subject the rule is the same: every figure is recomputed from public sources, those sources are named on the sheet, and nothing is illustrated or AI-generated.
