Unfortunately, the balance of the rubber is off. I have tried for several months to fix it but can not. When I press down on the ink pad, it doesn’t reach the deeper areas of the rubber stamp and all I get is the outer circle. I’m pretty bummed. I would change my rating and review if I was sent another one that stamped all the way into the design

I don’t know how printing turned out because I cannot get the ink deep enough into it to tell. I am adding a photo to show that all it down is the outer ring. I had to place the sticker in the center so it didn’t look so empty.

The product is 100% accurate to the description. Price/quality seems excellent to me. I undoubtedly recommend this website.

While the gift idea of personalized tennis balls for a couple with a "Perfect Match" engagement theme was apropos, the final product was disheartening. I chose their theme colors for the logo on the front of the ball including the word score "Love" on the back. Sadly, the set (of three balls) was equally defective. First, each ball had an oddly large seam that made them bounce weirdly. Second, the seam on one ball made an imperfection in the text. Third, my biggest disappointment was that the actual text/lettering was more like a STICKER, rather than an IMPRINT. Neither form nor function was achieved here. Very unsatisfied.

The colors were true to form. The design was accurate. But, the space/parameters were just too small.

I really love the idea but the red cardinals do not show and it comes out some what blurry. I do like the idea though.

I ordered this product a couple of months ago and it wasn't until this morning when I gave it to my husband for our 34th Wedding Anniversary that he noticed the 24 in the background. I was upset as it has 34 years at the top and the date of our wedding which was in 1990, so I couldn't understand why it has a big 24 in the background (something I didn't notice when I received it).

The product is done/printed very well, however the 24 in the background didn't make sense for a 34th Anniversary (please see uploaded photograph).
