Humane Governance & Legislative Action Coalition (HGLAC), operating publicly as the Hot Girls Love Animals Club is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization dedicated to legislative change. While many nonprofits address the symptoms of animal overpopulation and surrender, HGLAC targets the underlying policy failures that perpetuate the crisis. We will advocate for laws that make veterinary care affordable, protect vulnerable individuals with service and companion animals, and provide tax incentives for responsible pet ownership. Our theory of change is that by strengthening the human-animal support system through policy, we reduce shelter intake, improve mental health, and build more resilient communities. All contributions to this 501(c)(4) organization are not tax-deductible. 100% of donated funds will be allocated exclusively to legal counsel and related advocacy efforts.
