Our goal is outlined in the following way: Who are the minimalistSOULS? The minimalistSOULS is a married couple by the names of Nathan and Bernice who began their journey into minimalism late 2015. Though the journey has been difficult and though they have experienced speed bumps, they have stayed on course and kept their focus on this journey. Their goal has been to share their journey into minimalism and at the same time see if they can help others. Why the name minimalistSOULS? The name came about when we found out that minimalism is just a tool we can use to re-focus our souls back to its true purpose, which we believe is to worship God, love family and friends. Life is much more than just material possessions or earthly riches, it is bringing our souls back to its true purpose, and minimalism is just a tool that can help us on the way. What is Faith-Based Minimalism? It is the cause of using minimalism as a tool along with the Holy Bible in order to remove all the distractions from around you in order to focus on your worship to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Many minimalist take this journey and after they have decluttered themselves from their material possessions still experience a sense of loneliness and emptiness. This is why we believe minimalism is a tool that can help us to focus on our true purpose in life. Living a life of Purpose!
