they don't look like what I made. the letters aren't readable. it says in the description if it's doesn't come out right they won't be made or will be made larger for higher price. none of was done. what's the reason for a patch if it can't be readable? I only received half of what I ordered. I tried contacting support and haven't heard anything back.

Unfortunately the patch did not stay on the shirt and the letters were very light almost non legible

The outlay differs from a project. Clearly seen - the sizing is different. Black one is correct, brown - not at all. Very much unhappy.

Color and design are excellent

This patch is really nice, with the gold stitching around the outer edge. It is almost hard to tell it is printed on the inside, as it is so nice and clear.

Very happy. The patch is sublimated, not embroidered so this works better with simpler designs and/or larger patches. These turned out fantastic with smaller names on a 4 inch patch. The edges are embroidered, no loose threads. The colors are nice. Shipping was faster than predicted, about 10 days, for 11 unique custom patches. (His full name was centered, I tried to edit out his last name so it looks wonky on here, but was perfect.)

I was not pleased with the product. I received patches with no velcro.

A little 2 small wish it was bigger

When you are designing the logo it looks bigger and when they send it’s smaller than what you design.

I designed logo to fit the entire circle however it was not received that way

I ordered a custom patch with a hook and loop velcro backing. While the custom design turned out great, the velcro is low-quality and the patch frequently falls off my backpack. I have several (over six) other velcro patches and all of them remain affixed.

Patch was much smaller than expected. Not the normal patch size for a trucker hat. Would have been great if full size.

The patch does not iron on nor is it embroidered. Disappointing.
