This was my first ever Zazzle purchase. A 3” circle iron on patch depicting the Horseshoe Bend in Page, AZ. While the stitching and lettering were OK, sadly the image of Horseshoe Bend fell well short of my expectations. Instead of an embroidered image of Horseshoe Bend what Zazzle provided appeared to be just a photo of Horseshoe Bend. I’d like to rationalize and say I got what I paid for. For $15.93 (price included shipping) I definitely, without question overpaid. I’ve purchased dozens of iron on patches from other sources including Etsy, Amazon and gift shops. The price of their product was less and the quality of their product far greater than Zazzle. The picture of my Zazzle purchase that accompanies this review is one thing. The finished product, what I paid my hard earned money for, is something altogether different and disappointing.

Like a few things I've had made on Zazzle they often don't come out as expected. In this case the main issue is the border stitching in gold thread is so shiny that it's like glitter, ugh. The picture looked like a normal cotton thread just in gold color not metallic.

Color of the patch is completely off. The details of my design are light pink and the lettering is a maroon. The print is completely gray. Not impressed

Nice patch, great for a cap or jacket pocket.

The text on the patch is printed. As you can see the text is so small it is barely readable. Wasted my money.

The shield was made absolutely perfectly!! Zazzle...I'll be back!

All but one of my patches were sent, the rest were cancelled with no heads up.

Outstanding quality and colors

I like the product from the first order I placed. I then placed a second order for 2 more patches and 3 sets of playing cards. Zazzle provided 2 sets of playing cards but cancelled without notifying me. They simply did not produce 2 patches and a set of playing cards. They had the same subjects. No notification. I was counting on the patches to put on uniforms to honor a friend who died.

Much smaller then we thought

This item was for my niece's baby shower so I ordered overnight shipping at a very high shipping cost. It arrived over a week after I placed the order and two days after being shipped. Which was not the shipping time I paid for. Be very cautious of production times. You should probably check before ordering and don't waste your money on "supposed" quick shipping. It is a shame because the item ordered came out nicely.

Colors came out nice and pronounced. Highly recommend!

I have these made for my nieces 4th birthday, I got the notification / email saying it was on its way with the tracking number and that it was supposed to be here on March 28th. This is April 1st and it did not come again today. Definitely disappointed because I was not able to sew them on her gift and now I'm out $30.+

I called Sons of American Revolution Headquarters Daniel Brashear manager of merchandise. I let him know I am a member of the SAR Sandhills chapter Moore County, NC and the Chapter wanted to know if we could use the logo to make patches and car magnets. Mr. Brashear said yes because we are members and the logo belongs to us. So I place an order to get some patches made. I was told order was canceled because copy right issue. Mr. Brashear also sent a email. After all that they made the patch. Then the same thing happened when ordering a car magnet. Another member told me the logo is public domain.
