"Expected" delivery date was May 5th - now it's the 8th and still no latte mug. What happened?

Would be good if it ever got here.

I saw this mug and just had to have it for work! I'm getting lots of compliments, it's awesome! Super fast delivery, packed well, arrived in perfect condition

Excellent, sharp and clear. I do wash it by hand though. I don't want it to fade since it's so easy to read

For the most part this is a great tumbler. Looks good, functions well, etc. I do wish it was a bit cheaper for this product, and the color match is a bit off from the original design. Additionally, there's a visible seam for where the design starts and stops that should definitely be better camouflaged for the price.

I think the holder is fine, it seems like it will hold up for some time.

The printing was a bit richer than I expected, the trees in the background on the computer are more visible but on the printing they are all deeper colors, actually really nice. In the sunlight I see the trees clearly but in darker areas I do not see the trees as well. Over all, for this design it is fine for that but expect it to be rich colors.

The design on this tumbler is stunning and really stands out! I love mine and it seems to be made of durable materials. I think it will last for some time. I use mine every day.
