It’s a Beautiful mug. However, I still have not received my order. The mug was ordered as a gift for a co-worker who recently retired. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I’m still trying to track shipment with the carrier, USPS. Please offer other shipping options.

It’s hard to review a product when we were evedentally scammed. We would like to still receive it but have no idea how to call and talk about it. Or receive a refund.

the customizing part is a little challenging when using a phone to customize the item. maybe on a computer it would have been easier. I still loved being able to make this and seeing the final item in my hand . I kid you not it brought a tear to my eye when I seen them..... they just looked amazing

Clear, great quality

Does not fit in my Coffee Maker. Much bigger than what I expected. You can use this for your car. The only dilemma is that there is no cover. SO BUMMED! I should had gotten the smaller one.

The print quality was Excellent!

I gave it a 4, the mold on the half cup is slightly crooked and didn't match up correctly. I think something like this should have been caught in quality control, as well as not sent to the consumer.

As for the artwork I created and design the overall print appears clear and sharp. Printing is excellent!
