I liked the sharpness and brightness of the image. The chain is difficult to unhitch however, but other than that it is a beautiful rendition of my artwork. The rating was a 10. and the quality was a 9.

While this product is nice quality, the engraving was too small for me to read it. I had to return it. I was very appreciate for Zazzle's return policy.

Quality product. By far the best personalized lapel pins I've found. I like to keep a pin of my favorite places and (in this case) cruise ships. Now I can make them if I'm not able to buy them, and no minimum order size!!! Makes a fun collectible, They really look great!!
