One of the packages I received was completely destroyed. I refused delivery and have been attempting to get a refund for the flag and pole i purchased. However, every time I call Zazzle, the voice recording tells me the office is not open and I should call back. The message does not say when the office will be open and there is no opportunity to leave a message. I will NEVER purchase anything from Zazzle ever again. And I will make sure everyone I meet knows what a shady company they are.

Exactly what we wanted

My neighbor was in tears when she saw this beautiful flag in the garden she started in memory of her beloved Boxer/Mastiff. I loved being able to easily personalize it with 2 different looks. No matter which side is facing forward, Blue is looking toward her home of the past 12 years.

om gosh our entire family we beyond excited with our Moms memorial banner. we cryed tears of joy that not only was this banner quality but it brought back that beautiful smile that we miss so much.
