I've ordered these in the past and have been very pleased. I'm sure the quality is the same, although I have not received them. I paid extra for shipping with the intention of having the ID badges today. Need them to take to an out of town event on Saturday. Now I have the added expense of mailing them when I return. Terribly disappointed!

The picture was very dark. I sent it back twice for color correction but it still came back the same twice . Very disappointing. I would not send things out three times without color correction. Please match original picture.

This company is extremely difficult to deal with, two orders and two cancels without any explanation. We will NOT be using Zazzle for any personal or company orders in the future, not that they care.................

There are discolored specs on the top and throughout both badges. Not the quality I would expect from a company such as this.

Quality was lacking this go around. I always order these badges for our new employees. The badge quality has changed and there was a protective film over the badge that was already peeling upon arrival. The badge was also much thinner plastic than the previous badges ordered.

I am happy. It looks great and truly came out just as I expected.

Zazzle was not the quality, timeliness, and ease of access that I had hoped for when choosing them as a vendor for my business. My badge was made to be somewhat controversial when I first ordered it and therein they delayed the production of my product due to “needing authorization” to print such a badge for my own business. Furthermore, once I finally received the badge; the print was much smaller than anticipated and too far right of center even though the design online was perfectly centered. I commend them for keeping my design intact but feel frustrated that this end result is what I waited weeks for.

Customer service is nonexistent. It’s very obvious as a company owner that you filter your reviews. I imagine this company spends more time filtering bad reviews and deleting them. Then it does providing customer service.

First time on Zazzle and wasn't sure what to expect... So glad I stumbled upon this treasure. Badge came out exactly as pictured, and I've gone ahead and ordered another as a backup. Beyond being a great product, it arrived early despite the holidays. Thank you so much, looking forward to shopping again!

Part of the original order was left off, when the three that were loft off came in they were printed off, meaning they were not centered correctly on the badge.

My business cards was received but my id badge was not in the package. It states it was delivered. I assume Zazzle did not include it in my package. It is coming separate? Please FIND my id with my personal information on it. I did not receive it.

Waited week to have my order canceled for having a Tx logo. Waited week again to have my order canceled with my own company name and I provided prove of it being my LLC. We just bought a badge machine on Amazon and now make badges for most our buildings residents best part is it’s already paid for itself in one month! When life gives you lemons like Zazzle make lemonade!!!!

Dear Zazzle, We received the redone badges, but unfortunately they have the same problem as before. The colors are oversaturated, making the badges look darker than what it should be. The new shipment has the same oversaturation as the previous shipment. I have included attached photos for your reference including: - the way the website shows how the badges should appear - photos of the new shipment - photos of both alongside each other Thank you ahead of time for communicating this issue of color over-saturation so that these can be printed according to the website’s indicated light blue appearance.
