ScrapKins

ScrapKins is a character based Recycled Arts program that inspires kids ages 5-10 years to see the creative potential in everyday junk. Through hands-on STEAM based workshops and interactive building experiences children learn the wonder and magic of creation. Created by Author/Illustrator/Maker Brian Yanish, ScrapKins has shared Arts Enrichment programs with K-6 students in 25 cities and over 50 schools around the World and curated workshops for The American Museum of Natural History, The Skirball Museum, NY Hall of Science, Boston Children’s Museum, Whole Foods, Seventh Generation, Maker Faire, Scholastic Afterschool and even appeared on Sesame Street.
