Skeeter, a veteran and former truck driver, has been fighting cancer since 2021. Due to the progression of the disease, he has been unable to work full-time for several years and not at all over the last year. His wife, Liz, has been a Zazzle designer since 2016 and works full-time in the mental health field. She uses her creativity as a side hustle to help manage the growing medical bills and everyday expenses.
