When I spoke to customer service they relayed it was a quality problem in the manufacturing process (die lot) on Zazzle’s side & would get me the correct ones soon. That was over two months ago and I never heard back from them. Just a horrible customer service experience with Zazzle. Soon I will tell all my friends & colleagues. High quality fabric. I ordered 2 more for Christmas gifts. The terry towel was unevenly cut leaving large unprinted areas. When I sent request with pictures to return them Customer Service said they would replace them. It is 2 months after Christmas and I get an email now saying there not replacing them. They just lied. Such business ethics.
