I love the idea of personalization on pretty much anything. This purchase came in and the FIRST thing I saw was that the lines were not straight. It's a bummer. Im still using it because my other case I had purchased from here broke the first day. Over all the design concepts have been cool but quality is not up to par with the price you pay.

The printing was not straight. The lines curve up on my phone case on one side worse than the other.

The case material is nice. It's a hard, coasted plastic. It's not thick and not going to absorb a lot of shock but fits in pockets and purses well.

The image of the turquoise is grainy and of low quality. I would not recommend this design.

I love how it looks but it was really hard to take back off my phone. Is there a trick to getting the cover off?

This is my second personalized Iphone case Zazzle has done for me, updating my grandkids pictures is why I got a second one. The case is very sturdy, looks great. I like the smooth outer shell and colors are very vibrant. First one I did on white case but love my second colored shell even more. I've dropped my phone several times and the case protects it and you can't even tell on the case I've dropped it!

I ordered my case and the writing and picture looked centered on my preview but when I got the case, it was slightly off center. Contacted Zazzle and they replaced it promptly with the correction.

The color of this case is not the same as on the website. The case I received is more of a reddish pink, definitely not fuchsia. I wanted fuchsia. The case itself is a nice case. I also ordered it with customized letting and received it with no lettering at all. Thus the 2 star rating for those reasons.

i would have to rate the printing a zero stars since I ordered it and received none.
