was pleased with the arrival time(within 2 weeks for a personalized product)and careful streamlined packaging of product.(not frumpy, lumpy, bumpy and frayed around the edges-a common online order experience).product was elegant,sleek, and substantial-and exactly as represented.However,there must have been a mixup about the cell phone type(I specified iphone 5C) because after placing on my phone I no longer had access to my volume control.yes I know the upper left side double knot space should control the volume when pressed up/down.but press as I might-no results.i finally cut around the rubber case at the volume control site,pulled it open,and noted that the inner hard shell was pressing my volume control all the way down-and it was not budging.had to take the case off-pondering whether to replace or give to my resourceful teenage daughter(who might make it work).

the printing was exactly as ordered.be aware that the colours of the illustration,if dark or intense-may actually appear darker on the product and( if customizing with black characters)-may obscure your personalization.

I purchased the Tough Xtreme case for my iPhone 5S. I would love to not have a case but I drop the thing ALL the time, so it's kind of mandatory. The case offers great protection in a 2 piece design. It's very grippy with soft plastic and has port covers that are easily moved for plugging in, etc. I had a Vibe case for my iPhone 4S and that was great too. That case is also a 2 piece design--a softer plastic goes around the edges and that fits into a hard plastic shell. The Vibe case has no grip (easy to get out of your pockets), but offers and lot of protection. I dropped that thing ALL the time and the case never cracked. I really like both cases. They both offer a lot of protection and are good quality. The downfall of any case is that they don't usually fit onto a "port". The plug-ins work just fine, but the case makes them no-so port-friendly. The Tough Xtreme case offers more front protection - it has a plastic face cover.

The printing on both was great. If you want your image to wrap around the edges (which is pretty cool), then the Vibe case is the one for you.

Fits Iphone 5s perfectly only problem it's a little slick it slipped out of my hand a few times I finally switched to another case that is not slippery

Came out EXACTLY how I designed it. Colors are perfect, it's wrapped around beautifully and squee! LOVE it!!

Ordering was simple. I easily created my own phone case and I'm thrilled with the result. I have ordered another item from Zazzle already that I customized! It's fun and makes it so personal.

I was satgisfied with the color and quality.

The print is okay but the bumper color being black really bothers me. When you order, you select white or black for the case. Because of this, I assumed the rubber bumper portion would also be white. Now I have this ugly black bumper contrasting on my white phone. Small complaint but it's such an eyesore that it makes me not even want to use the case at all and that's a shame. For the cost, this shouldn't be an issue.

Image quality looks almost exactly as it does on screen.

The product fit the iPhone 5S perfectly and snuggly. It seems durable, but only time will tell. The picture is very cute and the image quality is pretty good-- it is a little fuzzy, but not blurry.

The colors are just as expected. The picture could be a little sharper-- it is somewhat fuzzy, but still pretty good. It isn't blurry.

Loved the concept of my tartan and name on my phone cover. However, wish it were more padded as it as popped off a couple of times.

This is the best case I have ever had! It has taken a beating but still holding strong. For over a year it has kept my phone safe!!

I recently upgraded from and Iphone 4S to a 5S, so, of course I had to get a new case. I had a Casemate case similar to the one I just purchases when I had the 4S. Liked it so much that I bought another case, with just a different seaglass pattern. And this time I had my first name put on it. So cool. And this "Vibe" Casemate case has prevented any breakage of my phone. Pretty sure I will keep buying this Vibe case for all my Iphones.

Printing is cool. The dark green I choose was a bit lighter that I expected but looks great on the blue seaglass.

The cell phone cover was better than I expected. I made sure to get the interior skin with the hard plastic shell. I love it!

The quality of the image I chose is great. I have no complaints. I will be using this cover for as long as it lasts.

It is a very nice case. It has a good feel and seems to be very durable. It does make the phone slightly longer because there is some extra protection at the bottom. Once you get it on it fits very snugly and it's very nice.
