All that is provided to me when I try to reach customer service is a chat-bot which makes me fill out a request form and says “we will send you a confirmation email” which I have never received. I am feeling like this company has scammed me.

Funny I correctly chose a design, size, font, & font color; but could not remove YOUR TEXT HERE after several attempts! Tax & shipping cost almost as much as the plaque so I declined the $3.99 charge for "proofreading", because I was confident in my 3 lines of text. Their text even has a name, a placeholder, which tells me I'm not the first to fall for this S-C-A-M!! There are many other sites that are user friendly. I would not recommend Zazzle. You can never talk to a human being to resolve an issue. In the end I paid nearly $30.00 (product, shipping x2, & tax) for an $8.97 plaque, because i wanted it as a special Christmas gift. Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!
