This site is dedicated to Beauty Pageants! I started Totally Tiaras when a Beauty Pageant winner asked me to design a binder / organizer for her. I have never been in a pageant, but have always loved watching them. It takes a lot of dedication, money and time to be a part of something so exciting and fun!
