About

Running is fun! My name is Amy and I started running at age 43 when I decided to get serious about my health. I started with a C25K (Couch To 5K) running app and was surprised to find myself enjoying it! Since I've been thinking about running a lot lately, I decided to open up a shop with some of the ideas that have been racing through my mind. See what I did there? Thanks for stopping by!
