This is a story about a girl who loves color. Who has no routine. Who really probably doesn't adult very well... but she wanted to have her own business. I'm Whitney! I am a stay at home mom to 2 sweet kiddos, a 4 year old girl and 1 year old son and they keep me on my toes! We are always dreaming of being on a beach, under a palm tree soaking in the vitamin D, fruity drink in hand. Reality is... we are in Maine, freezing our tushies off for 7 months out of the year... hoping one day we can make that dream a reality! Before having them I had worked in the financial industry for 4 years and was miserable. I started dabbling in a little freelance design work (you know, use that degree!) and photography. When we moved back to my home state of Maine from NC I knew I had to get my business going so that I had some spending money when we settled down to have a family. I have so many varied interests... my ADD is very apparent ;) I have run my own online shop and dabbled in photography for many years now, but with juggling 2 children I realized that my time is valuable to all of us- I can't be up until 2 a.m. designing, making and shipping shirts... and that's where Zazzle came in. I can spend my time doing what I enjoy- designing- and they can handle the other stuff that was interfering with me being home with the kids. So here we are! Lover of color, typography geek...
