Zazzle is so great. I love that you can transfer a design to many product to keep the theme similar. Their design process on the website is the easiest to use!

Colors were as expected.

i ordered an 11x14 semi-gloss poster and was very pleased with the result. there is a sheen to the print. the paper quality is great. note: the frame shown in my review pics was my own frame, not the one offered through zazzle.

the black did not print as a deep black for the semi-gloss. not a problem for me and it was as expected because i researched the different results you get with the different paper choices.

Printing Quality turned out excellent. Shipping arrival time was excellent, and arrived a couple of days early. Packaging was excellent ( in a flat envelope so prints don't get destroyed during shipping).

Overall experience was fantastic using my own photography images. My photo project turned out stunning, with excellent printing. The product is beautiful and the process with the site was easy. Customers Service is great. They were very responsive and accommodating with my order. My only disappointment is the color of the program poster. It looks navy on the site, but so dark in person that it looks black. The site did try to send me the colors, but again, look different in person. Will definite use the product for my daughter’s wedding and will use the site again; just a bit disappointing.
