Personalization came out nice, but again, poster should be shipped in a tube box to avoid damage

The product was my own photography that I had requested to be printed. The quality of paper would have been ok if the prints didn't arrived smooshed.

My order arrived today and although the shipping box did not look too bad, the artwork inside was smushed and permanently folded. Why wouldn’t you put it into a cardboard tube prior to placing it in a box!? Not only you change more than the local print shop for printing, take 10 days, but also don’t package the prints well setting them up to get damaged in shipping while charging enough for shipping for afford proper packaging.
