Using the design tools onthe website went well. I was sent the wrong hat, but when I contacted Zazzle via email, they sent out the correct hat immediately. The stitching of my original design turned out beautifully. Very professional job!

I liked the idea of the adjustable strap - since this is a gift for my friends. I didn't like that the adjustable straps sticks out. Other than that, its a nice quality hat.

The embroidery appears a little too high for my liking, but it's ok. It causes the cap to have a high top

I purchase sweatshirts for my grandchildren every year to wear for St Patrick's day celebration. Now that the grandchildren are getting older they are also getting a bit more particular with regards to what they will and will not wear. This sweatshirt for my oldest granddaughter definitely made the grade. Excellent quality, great fit, and classy enough to wear any day.
