I was informed my order would be expidited free of charge and that I would receive an email shortly. Never received. Several weeks later I called customer service. The agent was very professional, and she looked up the order info. She saw that my item was out of stock and that's why I never received it. Was zazzle ever going to let me know this? Or was I going to pay all this money for an item you would never send? The agent gave me a full refund for this item. Then I received an email stating my item was on the way, and now this email asking for my review. Well my review is that I have made sure to tell enough people to NEVER EVER use your terrible company. How absolutely unorganized and unprofessional.
