Felt cheap and didn't arrive like pictured

With overdose awareness month fast approaching as well as my daughter's birthday I ordered these pins to give out throughout August in her memory. They are beautiful and we're delivered earlier than expected!

Not what I expected at all. Turned out to be one little bitty 2-in magnet with thumbprint sized pictures on it.

The button was a photo of a ribbon button, not an actual ribbon button which is what I wanted. Disappointing.

I really wanted an Ohio Buckeye golf ball. I received one that said Ohio something, but definitely not Buckeye. I was easily give a refund, but I am afraid to reorder because I don’t want to pay shipping again for the wrong item to be shipped.

Pin was hard to read (script font difficult to read for this size 1 1/2 pin. Have to get very close to the wearer to read. Block lettering easier to see. Go for 2" pin size

The colors are vivid, but it is much thinner than it looks on the website. The edges are not smooth; there are jagged pieces of metal that could have been smoothen out along the edges. This could potentially be a problem. Not at all what I expected. Quite disappointed with this product.
