I placed an order for the oval-shaped ornament. It was a very late order before Christmas, I had it rushed and it did arrive in time, but it was circular rather than oval. It was a gift and they like it, but I very much preferred the oval, so I am disappointed. I like the idea and quality but I don’t know how to rate that vs my disappointment in merely the shape, so take the number of stars with a grain of salt. I have a shot of what I ordered and what they got. I would suggest this to others.

The quality of the printed pictures is terrible. I love the idea and purchased as a gift even had it reprinted thinking it might have been a print error but no the faces are so blurry I would not recommend

Oh, you are not even good for the birds, so much trouble I could have gone and gotten it done someplace else for cheaper, and no problem, why do they send out 2 orders I will never know, first and last time I am so done

I ordered the mugs on December 3 and they were not delivered on time. They should have been delivered before December 16 and there were not delivered until the 21st. Days after the Christmas party. I am not sure why it tool so long to deliver especially since there was no personalization.

I’ve always been pleased w/ Zazzle. BUT…All of my order was wrong. This photo ornament, as well as others, were out of focus. (I used same photos for another source, and they were fine.) My card order was also wrong, both front and back. Bah humbug!

It was perfect. My kids loved it and we will be ordering more.

Bought this as a Christmas present for several family members. The recipes were very clear and easy to read on the towels. Everyone loved them.
