Tracking shows shipping label was created 12/17 but UPS didn’t receive item until 12/20 so of course 12/22 delivery would be impossible by that point. I understand delivery isn’t guaranteed when ordering so late around the holidays but my order wasn’t even given a chance given the delay in getting it out. First and last time ordering from this crappy place.
