The mug was well crafted and had a beautiful design. It arrived in a timely manner so I could gift it.

Hubby loves the mug. It's nice. I was pretty frustrated that I paid $30 for express shipping to arrive in time, but it didn't even ship until after the arrival date I paid for. Product is good. Don't count on arrival time.

The ornament was a perfect gift. It was an exact replica of a photograph. Now we have a permanent collection of a precious memory. Highly recommend!

The box was delivered and the bottom was wet and the snow globe had cracked on the bottom so the fluid inside was all over with no way to fix it. The packaging wasn’t great - it must not have survived shipping. Bummer!!
