To whom it may concern: I am really upset because I paid $30.00 extra so that my package would arrive here on October 31, 2025. My daughter's memorial service is today, November 1, 2025 and now I don't have anything to present to the family because the package doesn't arrive here until November 3, 2025. Why did you have me pay $30.00 extra for my package to be here on October 31, 2025 and yet you didn't have it delivered by October 31, 2025? I have ordered from Zazzle many times before and I have never had any issues but I am disappointed that you did not honor your business commitment of having my package delivered on October 31, 2025.

Exactly what I ordered. Extremely happy & pleased w/ my order. This was for my Padre that I loss last year. Perfect for holidays when I’m missing him the most. It’s for indoor use. The inscription on the back was perfect. No complaints; I’m Very happy & will order again.

Exactly what I ordered. Extremely pleased w/ the final product. Making a memorial plaque for my friend’s dad & it’s perfect against the granite stone. It’s for indoor use. I had to add a ribbon to it to cover the hole, but it worked out well!! Very happy.

Pretty quick and well done

I paid $26.29 extra for shipping to get it delivered on or before 10/31 to use this banner at the Walk to end Alzheimer’s even today on 11/1/2025, but it was shipped out yesterday and not going to be delivered till 11/3/2025. It’s useless now. I would like to get my full refund.

The colors were too pale or light

The bag is exactly what was described! It is so cute. I am using it as a gift bag that can be reused for toys, going to the swimming pool or whatever he wants to put in it!

Quick shipping, the perfect gift for a guy. The only reason I scored 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fire background doesn't contrast as well with the khaki color as it appears in the online. But, it's still a winner!
