I am amazed by the quality of this banner! I had no idea what to expect with increasing the size of this design and it has far exceeded what I was expecting! So happy with it!

The graphics and print quality on the mug came out very well, and I was happy with how my designs looked. Unfortunately, the mug arrived with the handle completely broken off. I believe the damage occurred during shipping or delivery rather than being an issue with the printed design itself. Better protective packaging for ceramic products would definitely help.

I needed this banner by Sat August 15th, for my class reunion. I paid extra for expedited shipping but now I see it's going to be late. Why offer expedited shipping if you can't get it here on time. Very disappointed customer.

Cup came with the color chipped off in spots. Was going to use these as wedding gifts for bridemaids but not sure the quality of them will hold up. Also when selecting the color, "white" doesn't mean the stainless steel rims will be white, they still come as stainless steel.

The napkins are perfect!!!

The curtains were not as I imagined, however my rating is for the return process. I submitted a request for a return and have been waiting for weeks with no response. I even submitted a second request and still continue to wait. I caution anyone making such a large purchase to avoid purchasing thru this company.

The whiter bags show the true colors from my paintings versus a muslin material that make the colors drab. I will be introducing this new line of product in Sept, at an art show. We shall see how they sell.

The banner we ordered arrived quicker than expected and was absolutely perfect for our son's 9th birthday party. We even displayed it on our front porch the week of his birthday, which resulted in everyone walking by wishing him a "Happy Birthday" and making him smile! The outdoor version is very durable and opting for the grommets made it very easy to display at the pool for his official party. We will certainly use Zazzle again when we have the need for high-quality, durable banners! I didn't even mention how budget-friendly the price was too! 10/10 experience from our household!

when i ordered this desk mat for my daughter it did not cut off pictures. Even on the safe area. When we even proofed the mat it was fine. Now we just received it and several pieces are cut. Not Happy at all

AS ALWAYS........PERFECT

Very disappointed, paid the extra to have it reviewed and still ended up with an erro on the glasses they did not correct. Basically showed the side of where the picture is selected and it shows on the on line site. Obvious that no one from the company took the time to review and correct prior to shipping.

This was awesome. Great quality. I wish the minute hands were white. You can't see the time since it is dark like the photo but I would buy again.

My experience could not have been better. I'd like to order again, but so far, I haven't firgured out how without starting from scratch.
