The area where the logo went was not set correctly and dipped down in the middle on both the top and bottom areas, very noticeable. The quality of the mug was GREAT, it was sturdy and well-made. It was just the logo was wonky. Customer service was fast and friendly for resolving the issue.

Color is a weird green not grey like shown or description. Photos poor quality and overall poor look with bubbles on film placement. Would not have purchased, sorry.

The image was about 1/4 smaller than the proof/the image in my order and a couple seem very slightly off center. Quality of the print is ok, not great. Quality of the bag is ok too. Overall for the price, I think it's a 3.5-4 star.

I got it for all my girls to give them on my wedding day with little things I’ve collected for them. Easy to design and it came out so good and fast delivery which is a plus. Can’t wait to give them these!!

Picture of Callie was fine but the paw print was underneath the C didn’t show that way when edited however my phone must be the issue. Can’t get a refund as I have pay for shipping. I have ordered think 6 pillows
