I paid extra to have my ordered shipped and it arrived later than the date given without paying extra.

Great quality, as always. The colors were just as designed. I've been a longtime Zazzle customer and will continue to be one.

The color of text was not the same in the napkin as in the computer. The color was all wrong.

quality of the napkins was okay, marginal, not great. they were thin and a little cheap looking/feeling and a lot of them were wrinkled. this is unfortunate because they were a gift so I was pretty bummed. based on the name "elegant" I assumed they were going to be high quality. but they weren't

I created the cup for my wife and she loves it, and me too.

The tumbler itself is ok, but I didn't know the letters wouldn't be printed on the tumbler directly. They are printed on a sticker and then the sticker is placed on the tumbler. It should have been mentioned on the description.

Cocktail napkins were so cute, my only reason for 4 stars is the color was faded. It wasn't vibrant like the photo. otherwise great product.

I LOVE my new mug. My favorite local band Harmony and The Hunter, I had printed on it. The mug is super! The pictures are perfect! The shipping was incredibly fast! Thank you! Another great purchase from Zazzle! I might be addicted! ❤️

The banner itself is great but all the grommets were inserted backwards and look sloppy. I need this banner for an event and don't have time to send it back. I would appreciate some kind of refund, at least the extra cost of the grommets.

This bath mat is genuinely pretty large for a bath mat. The print is great, and the quality is very nice. It is so nice to be able to get all kinds of matching bathroom pieces.

I'm unhappy with these napkins. The Letter R does not show up at all!!! They do not look like the photos at all.
