The ornament has a dull finish instead of a glossy one like the ornaments I order previously. Also, I'm not thrilled with the way the name and date appear against the picture. The name appears slanted, and the white blends into the background, so it doesn't stand out.

When I received the mug, the handle was broken and once I contacted the seller, a new one was replaced quickly and was delivered in great shape and my niece loved it!! Mug was exactly what I expected.

Just OK, the simple B&W image was smudged. It was a late purchase as part of a gift, otherwise I might have returned it. As a coffee mug it was usable.

Loved the mugs! The only issue with the silver is you have to be mindful of the colors you use to make sure they’ll show up. But just loved them as a gift!
