It was perfect! My grandson is, unfortunately, a ‘train hopper’. I gave this Christmas ornament to him designed from a photo he sent me of his shadow as he road a train. He loved it! The ornament design came out crisp and clear. I was very happy with the results. Compared to the last few years, Zazzle has stepped up their game! No complaints or redo’s this year. I ordered 10 personalized ornaments, 1 for each of my children and grand children, and they all turned out great!

I am extremely disappointed because I paid for these specialty socks but the package never got here! I went to a COMPETITOR and got the specialty socks within a matter of a week. I am not happy with Zazzle.

The wrapping paper was beautiful and fun and got a lot of attention yet we ordered two colorful photo Christmas wraps and one roll came right on time and the other one didn’t, which was disappointing. But overall a great product.!

These chocolate bars came in perfect condition and exactly the way I ordered the personalization! Looks just like the preview. Good quality.

Very happy with the mug!

I just got my CUSTOM Christian Bible Verse Mug, and I love it! Personalized with my name and favorite KJV scripture verse for inspiration. Excellent size and weight. And the printing looks really good :).

Loved these, but they were ruined with one cool wash! The backing shrank while the front did not, so now they do not lie flat and look terrible. Some of the printed part went patchy in the wash, too. Very disappointed.

It was a gift for a friend. Great quality and a perfect imprint.

I ORDERED 2 ORNAMENTS AND THEY BOTH CAME OUT PERFECT. ONE HAD THE SMU LOGO AND THE OTHER WAS A PHOTOGRAPH ORNAMENT. THEY WERE BOTH EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND I WILL ORDER AGAIN FROM ZAZZLE. OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE ORDERED FROM HAVE HAD DISTORTED PHOTOS BUT ZAZZLE DID THEM PERFECTLY! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

I ordered this for a friend of mine and had it shipped directly to her, so I didn't see the finished product. She told me the ornament was beautiful, but it was hanging on a plain piece of string that she was going to replace. We also had a problem with delivery. The first ornament was lost in shipment, and the replacement was not shipped in time for Christmas.

The 2024 Christmas ornament is beautiful (this is not the first time I have ordered one - all the others are very well made, too). It is a wonderful and appreciated Christmas gift.

This clock arrived with the screw missing to hold the second hand on. The hour hand is the only hand that goes around. Is this returnable?
