This was a gift for my Son. He (and his Wife) loved it. As usual, it was very well done.

Perfect Christmas ornament for my very best friend of 59 years (we met when we were t0:)) She was delighted I commemorated our 50th high school reunion from the fall. The ornament exceeded my expectations and arrived in a very timely manner

Colors were vibrant and crisp. Pleasantly surprised that the name had a raised, 3D feel to it. Really nice water bottle that makes a great gift!

Excellent quality every time!

Off centered, should not have been mailed the way they look. The word goes over into the bottom of the sock. I spent over an hour designing and making sure they were centered. Super disappointed.

Everything was just fine, and well received by the recipients.

Ordered a banner in November as a Christmas gift. The banner was supposed to have 4 metal grommets in the corners. When the banner arrived it also had metal grommets in the middle edges, which wouldn’t have been a big deal except that I had my phone number listed on the banner to call in case of an emergency. The placement of the metal grommet made my phone number unreadable. I messaged Zazzle and got a response right away, that a new banner would be made with grommets in the correct places and sent to me. I waited 3 weeks and still did not receive a replacement so I contacted Zazzle again and got a response right away that the replacement had been lost in transit. And that another replacement would be made and shipped to me via express shipping. Now it’s been another 2 weeks and I still have not received my replacement. I have contacted Zazzle again and now I’m not getting a response. Very aggravated! I just want my product. And my money refunded for the inconvenience and aggravation.

For the price, it was worth it. However, the photo was a bit blurry upon arrival. After uploading the photo and previewing it beforehand, I didn't think there would be an issue. It still made for a nice gift.
