No customer service- I was charged for an item that was not delivered and have sent several emails- no response

I personalize a mug for my daughter. It came in time for me to give it to her for Christmas. It was perfect! She loved it and I would definitely recommend Zazzle. I have personalized Christmas ornaments and they turned out great. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I love that you can personalize gifts. It makes them more special.

I order ornaments, which I design, from Zazzle every year. I like the quality of the product. Most of the time I have no problems. Every once in awhile I have to change my design because it doesn't meet their criteria but I like the product so I keep coming back.

I had to change my design because Zazzle won't allow you to name a specific university. Other sites allow it (don't have to have copyright agreement for something like this). Otherwise I had no problem. Order plenty of these types of ornaments every year from them.
