I received an incorrect item which obviously was someone else's order. When I reported it and explained that I ordered a picture of a dog, not children, I was sent a replacement which was the children again! There is obviously no quality control over what goes out. I spent half of my holidays trying to resolve this and now have given up. I need a refund of the$15 plus tax that I paid for the Define Naughty 2 ornament. Janet Hughes

We were very happy with the ease of designing the mugs from the site. We ordered 4 mugs. We received them on time to give as gifts. Unfortunately, the horrible packaging yielded a broken mug. They were simply wrapped in bubble wrap and not individually boxed. I was surprised to find them all just put in a box and allowed enough room to apparently get bounced around and break. I think they should have been individually boxed then bubble wrapped and shipped. They were gifts and would have made easier to wrap as well. I will contact directly for a replacement.

Order was as promised. The first order tracking was inaccurate and was left by the delivery people on my porch in 24 degree weather. This initially caused some issue with the product freezing, not Zazzles fault. The second order was shipped next day so I was watching for it and it was great!

The color morphing mug is fantastic. It's a great surprise to the recipient to see the color change from solid to a photo of a special person or pet.

The mat looked great when it arrived but sadly, it isn't holding up well. The red has already faded to orange, and pieces of the mat have fallen off. A friend who recently passed purchased several of these, and I don't remember them fading or peeling as quickly. I'm not sure what happened but it was too costly to try another one. So sorry.

I couldn't be happier. As per usual, the product which was delivered was exactly as designed and hoped for. Zazzle is the place to go to for unique gifts.

These have been the perfect conversation starter and drink coaster. Several family members have decided to purchase them after having tea at our house and admiring them.

Good: 1. The photo came out beautifully. Bad: 1. The stitching is poor. This arrived in need of repair. It’s a gift, and they (family) will have to be asked if they want to sew the stitches or if they want me to return it. I had ordered it and paid exorbitantly for rush delivery, so I don’t have time to return it. 2. Poor customer service: I have not been able to contact customer service, despite attempts to call, message/online chat, and email.

Bought the exact same ornament as last year. This time, it had lesser quality of glass edges and did not include a protective foam sleeve like they did previously.

Came out cute for a Christmas gift. Had to track down at the post office didn't have my unit number on the order.
