The mugs came out perfect!

Ornament came with no finish on it. It’s dull and has spots all over it.

Never received the velvety pouch which I paid for. The ornament was perfect but never got the gift pouch.

the photo quality is so bad on this that I don't want to hang it on the tree. it is so blurry you can't tell who this is. it is a professional photo with high resolution. there is no reason why this should be so blurry. it looks cheaply made. i would upload a photo but the app is not allowing for photo downloads right now.

all 4 mugs i ordered have very poor photo quality. these were high resolution professional photos used. so they really should have come out at least decent for the price of these. I am hoping for a refund. I would upload photos, but this app is not allowing the download.

I could not be more disappointed in this product from Zazzle and I usually love everything from Zazzle. They should've made a disclaimer that even though this is a collage ornament it's so tiny that each of the little cells that hold a picture you could not see it it's embarrassing to give us a gift like everyone would laugh ha ha ha how can you give a gift like this that you can't even see the pictures they should not offer such a productno way should this be a collage item it should be a one photo item. It's so tiny how embarrassing

Perfect!! My grandson loves it!

The mug is fine quality, but i should have read the reviews more closely,this should be limited to high contrast simple line art, the color they scrren is almost tinted by the stainless steel of the mug. Would have been better if Zazzle had recommend picking a different product based on the design

Banner was not arriving on time, after I escalated it, they got it here on time, but the quality was not very good. The picture had missing color dots on certain areas of her dress. I would not buy this banner again

Quality was awful. Will never be buying from here again. The photo on the ornament is so blurry.

Photos look orange in color and wording in back bled through onto the white part of the socks. Very unhappy with results.
