My mug arrived on time no damages, package very well. Mug looks great, now I can have my coffee with my 18 year old cat to remember her by , Lucky, she passed away 2 months ago.

Arrived in a timely manner. The lumbar pillow is just as pictured. The fabric is soft and it’s very well made. I’m very happy with this purchase.

It was a great size and easy to put in our desired location. Welcoming over 40 people to a fabulous family reunion we had in Tennessee- quality product and exactly what we expected! Highly recommend!

I opted to pay for for the matchboxes to be assembled. What I was not expecting is every single one to be really crooked. If I would have known that's what "assembly" meant, I would have done it myself.

The napkins turned out just how I wanted them too! So darn cute!

I ordered 3 custom car mugs. They all turned out great. 4 stars due to items broken in packaging. It took 4 shipments to accumulate 3 unbroken items. I rate the mugs themselves 5 stars.

Everything I’ve ordered from Zazzle has been amazing and usually better than I expected (I have ordered a lot over the years) this is the first item that I do not recommend it much smaller than I thought, the cap doesn’t fit correctly and you can’t even read the writing that I customized🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I honestly don’t think I’ll use it cause it’s embarrassing. It looks like a store that sit on the shelf.

The two digital photos did not transfer clearly to the mugs. I would have liked to give this product a good review but at two attempts to make it work, I could not. Maybe the two photos would have transferred clearly on the white mug?

Great quality mug. The colors are set well and have held up nicely. They have been used a lot and gone through the dishwasher several times. The colors were true to the picture and matched my design perfectly. The printing of my design looks great and there is no bleeding of color at all. But….and this is on me. The printing of my design is slightly off center. I wanted it to be straight on when holding the mug handle and looking at it. It is slightly off on both sides. The second one I ordered was a bit better but still off. Again that was on me because I did the layout. I wish there was an easier way to place the design so you could see exactly where it would end up. The preview shows your design on the mug but even that preview does not have a straight forward image. Everything is off set. Or to be able to make notes to the person reviewing it so it could be double checked before printing. All in all I love the quality of the mugs, the colors, the feel of the handles and the weight. Very good quality.

Why is the name of the item linen? This is not a linen or fabric item, it is plastic vinyl. Very misleading!
