Since the human customer service personnel in Ireland were eliminated and AI took over , none of my orders have been correct. Additionally the edit function does not work as well as other on line card companies.

You can not even read our names!!! With a wedding in July I was not expecting this type of set back

I love how our wedding programs came out! The process was an easy, step-by-step process. The quality of the image we uploaded is unreal! And they were delivered early! Thank you, so much, for being a part of our special day!

I. never received my order. It said it was left on the front porch. I don't even have a front porch. I asked for. y m on ry back and no-one answered. So it was a terrible experience.

A few things - I ordered 15 and I only received 13. I'm also very disappointed in the color of these invitations. This isn't a Kentucky Blue but more of a dark purple blue. More importantly, the shipping was delayed - even though I paid for these to be delivered on a certain date - I couldn't mail these off before I left town. I was sent a 25% coupon, which I probably can't use if Zazzle already has a "sale" on a product. Overall, I'm very disappointing.

Beautiful as usual! My grandsons love their unique, personalized birthday cards! This has now become a tradition!

Extremely disappointed. The product was unusable as any ink pen would not write on the waxy surface. Nowhere in selecting the "premium" finish does it mention you will be unable to write with a ballpoint pen. Also, even if that wasn't a problem, the print quality is pretty bad for the price. I paid for the higher quality and it still looks like I printed them out on a home printer. Would not recommend.

A mistake was made.

I accidentally misspelled something on the original ones I got in… so I edited them and reordered. 2 weeks later I started looking for them only to find out they cancelled my order the day after I reordered but I NEVER got an email saying so. And their reasoning was it was a copyright issue - it wasn’t the 1st time (nor was it the 2nd time)!! They still refused. I ended up copying them to Walgreens and they printed them the next day for me. 🙄

These cards have soooo much personality! The image is crisp, clear and the paper stock is excellent! Folks love receiving this. Definitely worth it :)

Card for the pastor was signed by members present, appreciated and well received by the pastor.

The auto addressing was perfect. The invitation though had imperfections with each run. if only a human would of looked at the invites before they were shipped, they would of caught all of the printing errors...and saved Zazzle tons of money on reprints and more shipping.

Loved these envelopes. Very well made and looked exactly like the picture. I just wish they were a little thicker. They were very thin but overall very happy with my purchase!

Was warned that the foil look in example was faux, so can’t complain that the card is not shiny. But it sure would be worth extra cost if it were. Nice enough card, I’m content to use it.
