Don’t order from zazzle, we ordered two different boards for our wedding and the first one was not cut to the dimensions that we ordered and the second board is actually cut crooked and doesn’t fit in the frame correctly. This was a terrible decision to use zazzle and now we don’t have time to get new ones so we are struggling to figure out how to make them work. What’s worse is that both boards we ordered were expensive. The one board we ordered from Amazon was as drastically cheaper and was cut perfectly and arrived faster. Shame on Zazzle!!!!!

They turned out perfect!

I am so disappointed in everything I am receiving from this seller. I ordered two sets of stickers, both are supposed to be brown but they are purple. I ordered a notebook and you can’t close the notebook because the spirals are all messed up. My business cards look horrible I am embarrassed to give these to people. The box wax destroyed the cards are peeling and frayed. Horrible

It was easy to select and swap photos within the site and the calendar turned out great. The pictures were vibrant - even the ones that were a full page - and it was a hit with our family.

They are perfect, just like I ordered them.

I ordered late, but it was still delivered on time. I needed to seal my 150 holiday cards. The stickers were better than I expected. I would highly recommend them.

Beautiful and elegant

The proof and cost of this card represented a much higher quality finished product than what I received. I called Zazzle the moment I received them but spent so long trying to get some on the phone to help assist, that I gave up. The front of the card was especially poor quality with the print faded a modeled. Due to the lack of response we felt no choice but to live with it. Won't use ZAZZLE next year for our Christmas cards.

Did not receive on time and ordered 10 and only received 1. Has to take a photo of the invitation and send them email. Invitation itself was nice but paid extra to get them in the mail before I left for a business trip. Also only received 1 instead of 10. Extremely disappointed.

Received it pretty quickly. Looked exactly as the prototype. Very nice quality!

The seals were not strong enough to keep the cards sealed

I have been back and fourth with your customer service with very low satisfaction given that I ordered 90 cards and received 70 envelopes which means I didn’t receive my full order. At this rate, I will be rethinking my Christmas card order with Zazzle which is sad as I usually give my business to Zazzle but considering there has been no resolution and my order was not properly filled, causing me to send my cards out late and buy my own envelopes from Staples for an order that should have been complete was unacceptable.
