i ordered these for my wedding invitations and the look is horrendous. online, it said “elevated frame” which one would assume means the area that looks like a frame would be a little lifted. once receiving these, there is no elevation and it is simply just screen printed on. i’m extremely unsatisfied. i needed my invitations now to send out and now im either going to have to send these ugly invites out or wait another week + to order a different kind and then send them out. im very very unhappy.

I had bought a template off Etsy and edited the design to how I needed and uploaded it here and the matte black invite just came out so nice!

The design work and invitations were fine. Although trying to talk to a human is virtually impossible if you want to ask a question. I paid $19.00 extra to ensure early receipt of my invitations; however, I did not receive them any earlier than I would have with normal delivery. They sent me an email saying they would discount my next order by 20%, but I can get 20 to 30% off their products almost on a daily basis just by going to their website and you can only use one coupon per order. I would just like my $19 back.

This is awful. They did not even put them in a waterproof bag and they just threw them on the ground so with the dew from the morning and maybe the wet grass they’re all crinkled and have marks on them. I’m super upset because now I have to send out save the dates that looked like they were rained on.
