The envelopes were absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the color didn’t hold up well through the mailing process. Even during prep, I noticed how easily the finish scuffed and tarnished, but I didn’t realize just how much it would worsen in transit. By the time they arrived to guests, many looked scratched and worn — which was such a disappointment after how stunning they looked initially

I was really disappointed with my order. The borders on my design came out uneven, which made the whole product look off-center and poorly made. I expected better quality control from Zazzle, especially since the preview looked perfect. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again unless the print quality improves.

This order was supposed to be 3x 25pk, but I only received 3x single units

The gift certificates I ordered came in a mini size. I understand that I should have checked sizing, but don’t know why mini would be the standard size for a gift certificate. It makes no sense.
