The QR code didn't work. We checked it before our purchase. Everything else look great.

Sign looked amazing, and appreciated the help from staff in configuring it correctly for the bridal shower.

It came with decent quality as far as colors but for some reason the entire thing was cut separately instead of being a solid piece. The lines were super thin and I can’t get it on the door straight. Some of the letters were cut separate from the rest of the words so I had to try and line them up and make sure it was even. It’s definitely just a temporary sign because of this.

This was sent to a friend. She love it as this photo means a lot to her.

These are completely printed off centered. You sent another set to someone in Maine, and theirs looked better. So disappointing. They feel like wax too, gross

The items that werent damaged are beautiful. I was disappointed to see some were damaged somehow.

They must have forgot to put it in the envelope with the other things I ordered. I emailed them explaining their mistake. They said they would send me another one.. its been over 2 weeks. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! Having to just order another one is annoying. I know it's not expensive, but that's not the point. It's not my extra money to spend because of there mess up. I understand mistakes happen and that's why when I emailed them and told them what happened- I was happy they said they would send another one. Long story short- this is for my wedding and this delay is annoying.

First, invitations arrived 4 days after date. Shipped in a bag (no extra cover), edges were dented, and had alot of fuzzy dirt in front of image, other than that they are ok.
