Paid over $130 for two signs. Arrived with black marks. Was told that was part of the original design and would not replace them, only offer a discount if I wanted to re-order.

We designed the tag around the 'hole' - however the cards arrived with no hole for a hang tag and a circle for where a hole should be. Big bummer.
