The product itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with that but clearly something happened during shipping or packaging. But I have purchased before and nothing has happened. So going to stay positive, because I have another poster coming soon.

I've seen a lot of great reviews on here and I am truly happy for those that got a quality product. That was not my experience. My wedding is very soon. We ordered table numbers for assigned seating. One table number was missing from our order, even though I have a confirmation for all 13 cards. Because I knew it would take more time, we went ahead and ordered the final table number--something we should not have had to do. We reached out to the seller-zero communication at all. No apology, nothing. We were not even looking for a refund, just some expediency with the second order of the final table number card, which again, they forgot with our original order. No response. No communication from seller. Don't get me started on the poor paper quality and rubbed off edges. Will never order from this seller again and best of luck to everyone else!
